This is Willy C’s second collection of muses. Once again the cover has been designed by Daniel David Oxlee. The book has been compiled in the hope that someone will read the muses and find the effort worthwhile.
Unlike the last collection, they have been compiled in a somewhat random fashion and, once more, the author makes no apology for his occasional rudeness, controversy and amorous outbursts.
There are a few muses repeated from the first collection; since people have requested them. Please enjoy, criticise and then have a go yourselves.
Like all my writing, the poems are not about me. Some do, of course, mirror my experiences and feelings but others are what the author (arrogantly) feels others have experienced. Either way it would be pretentious to suppose that the words are always adequate in their reflections.
Included are sayings and so on from jottings made at dreary meetings when impatience ruled my mind – and occasionally my behaviour. Others are thoughts taken from my novels. These appear at the end of each muse and may or may not be pertinent!
This title can be purchased from Amazon/Kindle format as an Ebook. There is a 'Look Inside' feature for each book that displays sample pages.
